Its unique blend comprises of premium 100% Rainforest Alliance Certified Arabica coffee beans sourced from Brazil, Honduras and Indonesia. The beans are freshly roasted locally in Hong Kong to preserve their characteristic flavour. The exclusive blend has been honoured with the prestigious Gold Medal at the 2025 International Coffee Tasting Awards organized by the International Institute of Coffee Tasters (IIAC) and officially certified as “Specialty Grade” by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) and the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI). Developed under the guidance of the China Champion of World Coffee Roasting Championship, 7CAFÉ’s blend is rich and flavourful with a nutty-like almond aroma, herbaceous notes and a smoky sweet aftertaste.
