Purchase Guarantee

  • We guarantee the quality of every product sold in our stores. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly replace the item or refund your money (Except specified products or service items*).
  • Customers under the age of 18 are not permitted to purchase cigarettes, alcoholic beverages or obscene & indecent articles.
  • If any price difference is shown on price tag and cash register, the lowest price is used for transaction charge.
  • The stocks/freebies are limited in supply, some are available in designated stores only and while stock lasts. The product price at the store shall prevail. In case of any dispute, 7-Eleven shall have the right of final decision. We reserve the right to refuse or limit the sale of any particular item(s), we do so to ensure that sufficient goods are available to all our customers.
  • Please take good care of all your personal belongings as we are not liable for any losses.
  • The service hours of customer service hotline is Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1730, closed on Sat, Sun & General Holidays.
