Return Steps:

1. Login to your ZALORA account to apply online return / exchange. Fill in the required information and get the QR code.
2. Repack your items in their original packaging.
3. Drop off in selected 7-Eleven stores, simply show the QR code above and give 7-Eleven staff scan.
4. Keep the 7-Eleven receipt for return tracking.
